Job Description

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings, and take minutes as needed. Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals. Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships. Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other activities involving the CEO. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, office supply management, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
